Coaching Philosophy: My aim as a coach is to be able to have my students think for themselves so that they are able to be their own best coaches when playing games. The more questions I can ask to allow them to find the answers for themselves not only will they learn faster but they will be able to recall the information when playing. It’s important to be able to allow players to learn and grow at their own place, not lecture them.
